I’ve baked these babies 5x since receiving the recipe from my friend, Daeyeon, a couple weeks ago. Not only are they AMAZING, the almond flour and walnuts make them rich with protein and fiber. It doesn't take long to make; just mix, bake, nom! Chocolate Chip (Vegan/Gluten Free) Cookies
makes ~ 1 dozen adapted from this recipe Ingredients 2 cups almond meal 1/4 tsp of sea salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 cup of softened coconut oil 2 tsp vanilla extract 3 Tbl pure maple syrup 1/4 cup of chocolate chips 1/4 cup of crushed walnuts handful of cranberries (optional) Directions
